Our engineers provide traditional structural design as well as service to developers and contractors. More than 95% of our business is from repeat clients. Founded in 1968, John P. Stopen Engineering, LLP provides structural and geotechnical engineering services for buildings and related site improvements. JPSllp's work includes building foundation and structural designs; geotechnical investigations; preparation of construction documents (drawings and specifications); cost estimating, construction quality control observations, renovations, restorations and forensic analysis of nearly all building types. Construction costs of projects have ranged from minimal to $250 million dollars. JPSllp's clients include architects, developers, contractors, corporations, governmental agencies, and academic institutions.
